Hi Guys! Today I really wanted to add some worship music to my Bible. Yesterday during worship our team sang I Need You by Matt Maher. It is one of my favorites and I wanted to add some lyrics to my Bible. I found this passage in Psalm 86 and I thought it went perfectly.

Psalm 86:1
Incline your ear, O Lord, and answer me,
for I am poor and needy.

The psalmist is pouring his heart to God. Boy, I can relate, can't you? I want to tell you, sisters. He bends down to listen to us. We can whisper our secrets to the King of Kings. He hears you. Oh how I need Him!

First, I put down a flood of watercolor using my NeoColor II paints and added some gold acrylic splatters. Next, I thought this cute Journaling Card from my shop went just right! It is a tiny Hymn "I Need Thee Every Hour" so I taped it on with some washi and added the Matt Maher lyrics in the margin. So simple!

I will include a list of resources for you below. It's the Monday after a long Holiday for many of us. I pray it is amazing for you!

The posture of a person is the way they hold their body, right from when they are standing to when the sit somewhere or sleep. A good posture will be the best way to put as little pressure as possible on your spine as well as on the muscles and ligaments that support the area.

  3. The Memory Guard Program Review

When a child or teen suffers from emotional or mental illness, the condition affects the entire family. Siblings, especially those who are younger, may struggle to understand the situation, feel resentment or even develop emotional issues of their own. Parents can help mitigate potential problems by talking with their other children and helping them understand the situation.
