God Rocks Deuteronomy 10:17

Hi!!
It is a gloooooomy day here in Ohio so when I opened my Bible this morning I knew I wanted to add something bright and cheery. I did my regular devotion but no journaling ideas where coming to mind so I did a quick google search for verses containing the words "Awesome God". It seems like a perfect reason to use neon paints!  I can across this verse:

Deuteronomy 10:17
For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty and the awesome God...

Can I get an AMEN?!!

It was also a perfect excuse to use the brand new Retro Stamps in my shop! I am loving how bright, cheerful and fun this turned out! I will list resources for you below. Have a wonderful day in the presence of our Awesome God!

Memory Monday

Happy Monday!

Today I am sharing my Memory Planner. Guys, it has been a month or so since I started keeping this planner/scrapbook and it has become such a fun part of my week. I am really loving the journaling part. It has really become a great way for me to reflect on my week and truly be thankful. One of these weeks I will hopefully get a process video together for you guys so I can teach you my process.

It was also really fun using the brand new stamps from my store for this layout! I have listed my resources below for you :)

Bible Journaling Grace is for ME!

Friends,

I know I am going to spend weeks chewing on the truths I picked up from the Influence Conference. Today I painted a page in my Bible based on reflections from Rachael Kincaid's message on Saturday about Grace.

For me, the weekend was filled with little quotes and "DUH" moments. This one is "Grace is for ME". I mean, sometimes I think I spend so much time digging into The Word looking for some super natural and profound nugget when the real message is so simple. Grace IS for me. Grace is FOR me. GRACE is for me. Here are a few of the bullet points I wrote down:

*If I do not accept grace for myself - and YES I DO need it - then how can I extend grace?
*I need to apply grace in all situations. Jesus did it.
*I can draw grace from the Holy Spirit.
*I must accept forgiveness.

Girls, we need to give ourselves a break! We are nothing without Christ. Everything we do is for Him alone. You are doing great! Give yourself some grace today.

I created this page by scraping on some Liquitex Heavy Body Paint with an old gift card. I used the Hallelujah stamp from my shop for the background and had wrote the sentiment and prayer with my Illustrated Faith Journaling pen. I will link to resources below.

Memory Monday...erm...Tuesday

Hi everyone!

I am so excited to share my planner layout from last week in my Memory Planner! I went to Influence Conference and had the most amazing time!

I got to spend the weekend with 400 sisters having revival and it was just what I needed. Of course I had to journal out as much as I could in my Ban.do planner which I am using as a Memory Planner.

I did another tip in insert this week and I have a full length process video teaching you how to make your own. I will be putting resources at the bottom of this post. Enjoy!

1 Corinthians 1:18

1 Corinthians 1:18

For the word of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

I was so happy to meditate on these poetic words from Paul in my quiet time this morning. His powerful gift of words truly brings across his passionate love of Jesus. The cross is the power of God. A message of pure love and hope from God to us. We are so very loved.

I was excited that my study today brought me to this page in my Bible. It was a perfect place to try out the new Marquee Alpha Stamps and Marquee Shape Stamps in my shop. I colored the stamps with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. These pens do bleed. If you don't want bleeding you would need to prep your page with Gesso. The washi tape is from Dollar Tree(Rainbow Hearts), Walmart (Purple Polka Dots) and Target (Green).

The right hand page is one I decorated some time ago. I was super happy to add these stamps and match them up. The journaling card was a free printable from my newsletter a few weeks ago. You can sign up for the newsletter on the top right of this page. The next issue should go out in just a few days. I always include a newsletter exclusive freebie! The rainbow and Bird were painted with  Neocolor II Watercolor Crayons (best paints EVER)

It's New Stamp Day!!

FINALLYYYY!!!

I know I have been teasing and promising new stamps and I reallllyy appreciate your enthusiasm! I am so blessed by all of you! I wanted to write a post showing you the new stuff! New stamps will be listed in the shop at 11:30 a.m. EST TODAY!!

Here is the much anticipated Marquee Alpha set. The letters are hand drawn marquee style. I cannot wait to start using these in my Bible! This is a BIG set. instead of the standard 4" x 6" size these are 6" x 8"

To go with them I have also created a second set regular 4" x 6" size of marquee numbers and shapes

And last but not least, I created this last set of "Dear God" stamps with prayer journaling in mind. These sentiments are perfect for Bible Journaling and for recording prayers in a prayer journal or scrapbook.

I am very excited to get these listed for you today!! Thank you so much for all of your support!!

I use this planner for memory keeping. I decided to change it up from my previous planner layouts and do the decorating in black and white and the journaling with my pink Pilot pen. I will put a resource list below for you.

STAMP UPDATE: I know I promised new stamps last week but my shipment hit a weather delay. I have my fingers crossed that tomorrow is the day! I can't wait to show you guys the new goods!! :D
