Worshiping Jesus Because He is

Friends,

Do you all read the devotional each morning from the first5 app? Yesterday one of my favorite devotional writers, Wendy Pope was the author and the devotional really touched me! Wendy posed the question "How often do I worship Jesus just because He is Jesus". What she said about the Magi was so simple and wonderful. They were wise, indeed, but they were worshipers of a king they did not know or understand. They did not come with their requests or even praises. They came to worship Jesus.

This is the inspiration behind my Bible Journaling Page today. I used the Christmas Stamp Set from my shop and watercolors to create this page to remind me to Worship Jesus for who He is. I hope you will join me in this today. No matter the circumstances. Jesus is Lord of All.

I am including a supply list below if you would like to know what I used to create this page.

  1. I am so in love with this page!! What technique do you use to make the neocolors splattered like that? Color on a palate, get it wet then splatter it? I love how big the splotches are.

    1. Thanks! I saw the small splatters from your loading the crayon onto the brush and I thought it was all splatter paint. I think I can do a similar technique with my peerless watercolors. I finally took the time and made my own palate so I can use them better!
