Tell of His Salvation from Day to Day

Hi guys!

We made it to Friday! Whew! My kiddos went back to school this week. I am still pretty new to being a WAHM so I am adjusting to the new structure. When I was working outside the house sending them back to school was horrible. I was an emotional wreck every time. I wanted to be a SAHM so badly and every summer that passed I felt like I lost so much time.

This summer was truly a dream come true for me. I still worked A LOT, as I still am, and as anyone trying to grow a new, small business does. But I had years of prayers answered being home with my kids. We had our meals together, we had devotionals, we did art and played games. So today I am celebrating by digging into a good Psalm! I know, I are so shocked that I turned to a Psalm. I am an emotional Psalm reader. Happy? Read a Psalm. Sad? Read a Psalm. Exploding with joy? Read a Psalm? Hungry? Read a Psalm. Breathing and awake? Read a Psalm. Psalms can heal ALLTHETHINGS!

I added my favorite Praise Bird Stamp from my store and painted her in with acrylic paints. These are just cheap acrylic craft paints. They do not bleed. The pink "salvation" is written with a  Pink Faber-Castell Big Brush Pen . The bird and music notes are stamped with StazOn Inkpad Jet Black ink pad. The splatters are watercolors, the fabric washi is from target dollar bin and the pink tab is by October Afternoon

Have a super happy weekend!

  1. I’m just getting in bible journaling and so glad I found you on Instagram. Your work is so inspiring! I bet the book of Psalms brings out your creativity too. I can’t believe how clear and vibrant your stamps are. To know you did this with cheap acrylic craft paints is amazing. I really appreciate your sharing your heart and the brands behind your art work. Have a great Friday!
